  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate level and narrative designers
  • co-lead other game and UI/UX designers during early pre-production
  • collaborate closely with Game Direction to define the core gameplay
  • find and execute a clear visual language with Art Direction
  • define level and encounter metrics and work closely with 3C Designers
  • establish mission- and systemic-encounter scripting together with Tech Direction and AI Designers
  • set up base world design, content distribution, and player progression
  • prepare documents for stakeholders
  • coordinate with producing and other leads to ensure quality and sprint goals
