RESPONSIBILITIES

  • owned skirmish content of over 40 maps 
  • create and maintain overview over all relevant features for skirmish game modes
  • define and iterate workflows and processes to ensure quality and fast production
  • manage and coordinate level designers in collaboration with campaign lead
  • coordinate with producing and other leads on tight deadlines while delivering high quality
  • working in close collaboration with AI designers and programmers to improve skirmish gameplay

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, mentor, and coordinate level and narrative designers
  • collaborate closely with Game Direction to define core gameplay and vision
  • find and execute a clear visual language with Art Direction
  • define level and encounter metrics and work closely with 3C Designers
  • establish mission- and systemic-encounter scripting together with Tech Direction and AI Designers
  • set up base world design, content distribution, and player progression
  • set up and iterate on level design framework and find workflows and processes to deliver high quality encounters on a budget
  • prototype encounters, missions, and boss fights in collaboration
  • implement and iterate on every content of the game with the level design team
